Nigeria’s Minister Communication, Hon. Adebayo Abdul-Raheem Shittu stated after meeting Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame at Village Urugwiro. In a meeting with President Kagame, both countries agreed to form Rwanda-Nigeria foundation as a platform that will lead to signing of trade deals and exchange of skills.
Minister Adebayo is visiting Rwanda accompanied with a delegation of officials from his Ministry and members of business sector.
